Your health data is private

Runs created in Miles stay locally on your device. If you opt into integrating with Apple Health, your runs from the app will sync with Apple Health but will never be transmitted to our servers. Your running data is solely used to display in the app on your device.

Diagnostics

Apple collects error logs if you have chosen to allow it on your device. If allowed, Apple anonymously shares useful data to see what may have gone wrong.

In addition, Miles uses Mixpanel to collect anonymous usage data, like how often users change their weekly goal. The exact values of these events (like goals or running data) are never transmitted, and the events are always anonymous.
